Week 11 update

We talked with Zealy and he wants to run all of the lights, two-four laptops, a projector and some microscopes. The estimated wattage is around 650 watts per hour. Adding 150 watts as a safety takes our max wattage to 800. Using this we get a price of around $200 per hour to run off of battery.

Week 11

We are meeting with Zealy later today to plan what we are going to do and what he expects of the solar bus. We have also started researching on what options we have for the bus.

Week 10 Update

Brandon and I met with Zealy and it is official, the solar bench is dead, long live the solar bus. We scheduled for a tour of the water bus on Monday. The bus is in a rough condition, one of the generators does not work and the paint is in rough condition.
